Use this address for anything that is not a copyright matter: a link that will not resolve, a feature request, a question about what we store, or a request to exercise a data protection right. We aim to reply within a few days, and within 30 days for formal data requests.

Before you write about a failed download
Two causes account for nearly everything we are asked about, and neither is a bug we can fix:
- The account is private. The tool reads only what is published publicly. Protected posts are invisible to it by design.
- The media is licensed by region. Some rights holders, particularly broadcasters, restrict their video by territory and that is enforced at the source. A file your own browser can fetch may be refused to our server. When that happens the tool gives you the direct link instead of failing silently.
